Living VIP Club - Terms & Conditions

The following is the Membership Agreement between The Rocket Marketing Group ("We and Us") and the person whose name is registered and appears on your Membership Welcome Letter ("You"). You are urged to read the terms of Membership and the Membership agreement carefully and to communicate any questions that may arise to our Membership Services Team on 08448 80 90 80.

Membership Benefits:
As a Club Member, you are entitled to discounts and/or other Benefits on products and services offered by participating suppliers ("Benefits") as explained in the Membership Guide.

Membership Term:
Telephone Sales are on a Free 21 Day Preview and your Annual Membership will commence after the Preview period has finished. You have been charged a non-refundable P&P charge for this Preview of £1.99. The Preview period was notified when you agreed to take the Preview. Unless you notify us that you do not wish to become an Annual Member of The Living VIP Club within the 21 Day Preview period by calling our Membership Services team on 08448 80 90 80 (please see 'Cancellation of Membership' below) your Membership will be automatically extended for a further 12 months at a cost of £29.99. If we are unable to bill your specified billing source, you agree to provide an alternative billing source or pay us by cheque.

Website Sales are charged an Annual Membership and a non-refundable P&P of £1.99 during registering on-line. This is charged via a secure payment gateway and your payment card details are not stored. Website Sales have a Full 21 Day Refund Period (please see 'Cancellation of Membership' below). At the end of your Annual Membership we reserve the right to contact you to discuss renewal of your Membership.

Renewal Membership: We will send you a letter reminding you of your Membership renewal 21 days prior to your annual renewal date, explaining the renewal procedure and Membership cost. Unless you notify us that you wish to terminate your Membership before your Membership is due to renew, a renewal payment will be taken from your original billing details supplied. If we are unable to bill your specified billing source, you agree to provide an alternative billing source or pay us by cheque. This does not apply to Annual Members who joined on the Website. We reserve the right to increase or decrease the enrolment fee for each Renewal Membership term effective upon renewal of your Membership.

Disclaimer of Liability: You agree that we are not responsible or liable for any of the Benefits provided by participating suppliers and if you have any claims relating to any of these Benefits, You will only claim directly against the suppliers providing the Benefit. This is subject and governed by their Terms and Conditions. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO ANY OF THE MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS OR RELATED INFORMATION PROVIDED TO YOU. ROCKET UK LTDs LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED YOUR CURRENT MEMBERSHIP FEE AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ROCKET UK BE LIABLE FOR YOUR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. These terms do not affect those of your statutory rights. We reserve the right to eliminate, add, change and substitute Benefits and participating providers without notice to you. We assume no responsibility for the payment of or contribution to any use or sales tax, which taxing authorities may impose and such taxes, to the extent, imposed, shall remain your sole responsibility or that of the provider of the Benefits, as the case may be.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement contains all of the Terms of Membership and representations, promises or agreements concerning the Membership not included in this Agreement shall not be effective or enforceable, if any of the terms of this Agreement shall become invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall not be affected.

Governing Law: This Agreement and the Terms of Membership shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK law.

Data Protection: Your personal details will be held by The Rocket Marketing Group and are used exclusively by The Rocket Marketing Group (and not passed to any third parties) for Membership administration and marketing purposes if they are deemed to be in the interest of our Members. By joining the programme you expressly consent to this, unless you notify us in writing.

Cancellation of Membership: To cancel your Membership, please call the Membership Services Team within 21 days on 08448 80 90 80. You will be given a Cancellation Reference which you should keep safely. You must return your Living VIP Club Guide (with membership card) and your complete and unused Annual Member Rewards Pack (including Blockbuster 2 For 1 Movie and Game Rental Card) to Membership Services, The Rocket Marketing Group, The Living VIP Club, PO BOX 5141. Brighton, East Sussex, BN50 9SZ in the condition in which it was supplied to you, and by registered or recorded delivery (please ask at the Post Office counters the most appropriate to use). Upon receipt of this we will cancel your Membership (and refund your Annual Membership fee of £29.99 if applicable). No refund will be given if your Membership has reached 31 days or if your Blockbuster 2 For 1 Movie and Game Rental Card or any other Annual Member Rewards have been used. These rights are in addition to the standard policy as outlined in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations of 2000.
